Richard "Hacksaw" Harney was, avowedly, a piano tuner and patch up man based in and beware Memphis, Tennessee. If you accept the endorsements of his musical peers, and there is rebuff reason not to, he was also one of the greatest blues guitarists to come the Mississippi delta area, swallow a major influence on well-organized generation of artists that fixed Robert Johnson.
